My journey into birth work began when I was 3 years old and attended the birth of my brother. I wore my Oregon Ducks cheerleading outfit and stayed by my Mom's side the whole time, cheering "push, Mommy, push!" As your doula, I will give you the same level of dedication (minus the costume). My approach is rooted in warmth, steady presence, and a singular focus on your unique needs. I believe that every birth is a sacred transition, and I am here to provide the support that empowers you to welcome your little one with confidence and peace.
